Well... I think it's about time I update this little thing called the blog.
The month of November has been a busy, but exciting one! We kicked it off with an incredible "Night Of Worship" in Colleyville, TX. The next weekend I got a chance to go down to Houston, TX and lead for a middle school retreat called "Engage" at Cy-Fair Christian Church. It was a lot of fun! I got to hang out with the students all weekend and serve along side them as we visited the nursing home, prepared food for the homeless and so much more. I love weekends like that. And just this past Friday and Saturday I was in Glen Rose, TX with my good friend Trevor DeVage to lead for a high school retreat called "Rhythm." It was a chance to get away from the chaos and realign ourselves with the rhythm of Christ. I love those students and their hearts.
And finally, next weekend I'll be wrapping up the month of November leading for a middle school retreat (man, a lot of retreats this month!) at my home church. It's going to be an exciting weekend as well and I can't wait.
God has been working me to the max lately and I have been struggling through some stuff with Him that has grown me and stretched me more than I've been in the past. And I love it. I'm so excited to see where His ministry will take me. I've been writing more lately and have been praying over the idea of doing a full length album. But I guess we'll have to see what happens, either way, it'd be next year before anything serious happened in that area.
And one more thing before I wrap this up, a few weeks ago I got in a shipment of brand new t-shirts. I love the new design and colors I got in so if you see me around and want to have one for yourself, let me know and I'll hook you up. And maybe soon I'll actually have them set up to be purchased online, but for now we'll just do it this way. :-) And I've included some pics below of the new shirts... and even one of it in action. Enjoy!
Hope you're doing well. God bless!
